1. You can not change Transcript database. Updates are only saved locally on your laptop. ex: check the Downloads folder.
2. Laptops and Browsers like to complain. ex: Keep/ View option with Firefox bypasses Blocked Content. Reply/Chat with us for help.
3. Do not use Firefox browser. Just gets in the way with silly security warnings. Use Microsoft EDGE.
